Apple cider vinegar

Cut the onion in half rings, squeeze the garlic, peel and cut the apple into pieces and chop the herbs.
Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic gently.
Add the chicken livers and apple, fry for 5-6 minutes until the livers are almost done.
Add sage and thyme and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Spoon the mixture into a food processor or blender and mash with the apple cider vinegar and some salt and pepper until smooth.
Let the pâté set in the refrigerator and serve with raw vegetables such as chicory, carrot, cucumber or celery or apple wedges.
Tip: You can also make this pate with beef liver, for example.
