Chicken noodle soup with coriander

Slice the celery and the radish. Cut the spring onion into rings and finely chop the coriander.

Place the chicken legs in a soup pan and pour the water over them.

Add onion, celery and pepper and bring to the boil.

Let it cook gently for 1 hour.

In the meantime, cut the zucchini into long strings with the help of a spiral cutter.

Remove the chicken legs from the soup, remove the skin and the bones. Cut the meat into small pieces and put it back in the pan with soup.

Also add the zucchini noodles, radish, spring onion and lime juice. Let the soup simmer for another 2-3 minutes to warm up the vegetables.

Season with salt and garnish with fresh coriander.
