Slice the celery and the radish. Cut the spring onion into rings and finely chop the coriander.

Place the chicken legs in a soup pan and pour the water over them.

Add onion, celery and pepper and bring to the boil.

In the meantime, cut the zucchini into long strings with the help of a spiral cutter.
