Chicken salad with Za'atar

Cut the chicken into cubes.

Cut the onion in half rings. Cut the avocado into cubes and the fresh mint.

Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan and gently fry the onion and shiitakes.

Add the chicken and fry until brown and well done. Mix Za'atar and salt in the chicken in the last minute.

Divide the lettuce, avocado and mint over plates and divide the chicken too.

Drizzle with olive oil.
