Chop the 2 tablespoons of hazelnuts coarsely.

Combine avocados, bananas, hazelnuts, cocoa and dates in the blender and grind until smooth.

Divide the chocolate hazelnut mousse between 2 bowls.

Now roast the chopped hazelnuts in a hot frying pan for 2-3 minutes.
