Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Delicious luxury breakfast. For these pancakes you really want to take the time to make them and to fully enjoy them afterwards. Pay attention, because you do not have to turn these pancakes. This will prevent the chocolate from spilling and mainly ending up in the pan, instead of on your plate. That would be a shame, of course!

Cut the chocolate into pieces.

Whisk together banana flour, coconut flour, eggs, coconut milk, and vanilla in a bowl.

Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan and pour a little bit of the batter into it. Bake 3-4 pancakes at a time.

Sprinkle each pancake immediately with some chocolate chips, and let it cook in the pan until the top has set. You do not have to turn these pancakes.

Repeat with the rest of the batter.
