Grind the dates and cashews to a granular mass in a food processor.
Melt the cocoa butter.
Add collagen, vanilla and cocoa butter and grind into a sticky, still slightly granular mass.
Knead the chocolate chips into the mixture.
Cover a cake tin with foil or baking paper and press the mixture very firmly into this. Put in the fridge for at least 1 hour to set and then cut into 6 equal strips.
