Combine almond milk and coffee in a saucepan and sprinkle the gelatin over it, let stand for 5 minutes.
Stir the mixture well and bring to the boil briefly. Then immediately remove the pan from the heat.
Stir maple syrup, cinnamon and the dark chocolate into the hot liquid. Continue to stir until the chocolate has completely melted and has been absorbed into the mixture.
Divide over decorative dessert glasses and let it set in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
Before serving, garnish with a spoon of coconut yogurt and dust with cocoa.
