Combine the ingredients for the coffee cream in a blender and grind until smooth. If your blender is not that strong, you can also do this in the food processor.

Divide the coconut yogurt and blueberries between 2 bowls, scoop a large spoon (as much as you like) of the coffee cream on top and garnish with the cocoa nibs.
