Cut the onion into thin rings, the cod into large pieces and finely chop the dill and parsley, grate the lemon and squeeze it out.
Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan and fry the onion over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Add the coconut cream and bring to the boil, then lower the heat and place the cod pieces in the pan. Let it cook for approximately 5 to 6 minutes. Carefully turn the cod over halfway.
Gently stir the lemon zest and juice, capers, pepper, salt and dill into the dish.
Divide the dish over some plates and garnish with the fresh parsley.
