Heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a frying pan and fry the sea beans until they become slightly softer, in approximately 2 minutes. Stir regularly.
Divide the purslane over the plates, place the sea beans on top and then a cod fillet on each plate.
Season the fish with some pepper to taste and serve with lemon wedges.
