Melt the cocoa mass au bain-marie and then stir the maple syrup through.
Divide half of the mixture into (silicon) muffin tins and smooth it out.
Mix shredded coconut with collagen, maple syrup or honey, vanilla powder and coconut oil in a bowl.
Spoon about a teaspoon of the coconut mixture into each muffin tin.
Divide the rest of the chocolate over the molds and let the cups set in the fridge for about 2 hours.
