Cut the chicken thighs into cubes.
Cut the onions in half rings, slice the mushrooms and chop the coriander.
Peel the sweet potato and cut into cubes.
Heat the coconut oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the onions in it.
Add the chicken and fry it all around until golden brown.
Also fry the sweet potato and mushrooms, about 3-4 minutes
Then add rasel hanout and santen, and pour 200 ml of water into the pan.
Bring to a boil and let thicken gently for about 5-10 minutes.
Season with lime juice and salt and pepper, and garnish with coriander.
