Preheat the oven to 390°F and line a baking sheet with baking paper.

Finely chop the onion and the fresh dill.

Place the salmon on the baking sheet and fry for 10-12 minutes until done. Let it cool a little.

Cut the cucumber into ½ inch thick slices. Use a melon baller to make a small hole in each slice of cucumber.

Cut the salmon into small pieces and stir the (homemade) mayonnaise, red onion, dill, lemon juice, pepper and salt through.

Fill each slice of cucumber with a generous teaspoon of the salmon salad.
