Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Mix almond flour with baking soda, vanilla and salt and then stir the eggs, coconut oil, lemon juice and maple syrup through.
A thick, slightly sticky dough now forms.
Form equal balls of dough and place them on the baking sheet, press them slightly flat.
Bake the scones in 20 minutes until golden brown and done.
Serve with jam and coconut cream, for example.
