Finely chop the onion.

Heat the coconut oil in the slow cooker and fry the onion in it.

Fry the minced meat briefly and then add thyme, cumin, turmeric, pine nuts and broth.

Put the slow cooker on the low setting and let it cook for 3 hours.

Season the minced meat mixture with the salt.
