Grate the ginger.
Mix all the ingredients for the base, except for the coconut oil, in a kitchen processor until you have a thick mixture. It should look like a cookie dough with visible pieces of nut.
Divide the dough over a brownie pan and press down firmly.
Melt the chocolate together with the coconut oil au bain-marie and stir thoroughly.
Pour the chocolate mixture on top of the base and put it into the fridge for approximately 3 hours until set.
Cut into 16 equal pieces.
