Preheat the oven to 330°F and line a baking sheet with baking paper.

Coarsely grind the nuts in the food processor or blender and mix in the remaining ingredients, except the rose petals.

Spread the mixture on the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes in the middle of the oven.

Mix well and fry for another 5-10 minutes until golden brown.

Allow to cool completely and to become crunchy. Add the rose petals.
