Chop the onion, thinly slice the garlic, dice the chicken fillet and halve the artichoke hearts.

Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan and gently fry the onions.

Fry the garlic for a few seconds and then add the chicken.

Fry the chicken all brown on medium heat.

Add artichoke hearts, olives and oregano and cook for a few more minutes.
