Chop the onion and chop the garlic cloves.

Slice the celery, dice the zucchini and chop the fresh coriander.

Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan and fry the onion gently.

Fry the garlic for about a minute before adding the minced chicken.

Fry the ground beef and then mix celery, zucchini, cumin seeds, oregano and chili powder into the dish.

Stir regularly until all vegetables are cooked. Mix in the fresh cilantro at the last moment and serve with (homemade) guacamole if desired.
