Pork belly strips
Peel the celeriac and cut into cubes. Cut the broccoli into florets.
Combine celeriac and broccoli in a pan with water and bring to the boil. Cook the vegetables for 8-10 minutes and then drain them.
In the meantime, fry the pork belly strips in a frying pan.
Add pepper, salt and fresh mint to the cooked vegetables.Then puree using a hand blender.
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
Serve the puree with pork belly and avocado slices.
Tip: Do you want to reheat this dish later? Spoon the puree in a baking dish with the pork belly on top. Place in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. Serve with fresh avocado.
