Clean the fish if necessary (you can also use sardines or mullet for this recipe)
Rub a grill pan with the coconut oil and then put the pan on high heat. Heat the pan well.
Place a number of fish side by side in the grill pan and roast them for 2-4 minutes per side, depending on the size of the fish.
Repeat this with the remaining fish.
Slice the lemons into wedges.
Sprinkle some coarse sea salt over the grilled fish and serve with lemon wedges.
