Preheat the oven to 430°F and cover and baking sheet with baking paper.

In the meantime, peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into French fries. Rub in with some coconut oil and spread on the baking sheet.

Roast the fries in 20 minutes until golden and cooked, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.

In the meantime, heat some coconut oil in a frying pan and gently fry the onions, then set them aside. In the same pan you can now also fry the burgers for 2-3 minutes per side.
