Cut the apples into wedges.
In a saucepan, mix shredded coconut with hemp seeds, chia seeds, honey and coconut milk.
Heat this mixture slowly over a low heat while stirring. Keep stirring until it thickens.
Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan and fry the apple slices on all sides until they are soft. Sprinkle with some cinnamon.
Serve the n’oatmeal with the fried apples, coconut yogurt and pecans.
