Finely chop the parsley and basil.

Heat coconut oil in a frying pan and fry the tuna steaks in 3-4 minutes per side.

Season the steaks with salt and pepper.

Cut the zucchini into long strings using a spiral cutter, julienne peeler or regular peeler.

Divide zucchini, arugula, olives, parsley and basil over plates and put a tuna steak on both salads.

Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
