Cut the onion into half rings and the shiitakes into slices. Grate the ginger and cut the broccoli into florets. Then cut the spring onion into rings.
Heat the coconut oil in a wok or frying pan and gently fry the onion and shiitakes.
Add the minced meat and fry it loose and brown. Add the ginger and fry briefly.
Mix the broccoli into the dish and fry the it in for 4 to 5 minutes until done.
Season with salt and pepper.
Garnish with spring onion rings, sesame seeds and dulse.
