Cut the steak into strips, the sweet potato into cubes, grate the ginger and finely chop the garlic and fresh coriander.

Heat the coconut oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the garlic briefly.

Add steak strips and ginger and fry for 1-2 minutes while stirring, or until the steak strips are no longer red.

Spoon the sweet potato into the dish and fry for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In the meantime, cut long strings of the zucchini with the help of a spiral cutter.

Once the sweet potato is cooked, mix the zucchini into the dish and add the fish sauce. Cook for a maximum of 2 minutes so the zucchini does not become too soft.

Garnish with coriander and sesame seeds.
