Preheat the oven to 345°F and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Wash the kale and remove the leaves from the branches. Tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces; the chips.
Pat the kale crisps dry thoroughly (you can use a salad spinner for the best results) and then drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle some freshly ground pepper and salt.
Mix everything carefully and place the chips next to each other on the baking sheet.
Bake the chips in 10-15 minutes until crispy and dark green. Be careful not to burn them!
Let the chips cool for another 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
