Preheat the oven to 300°F. Grease mini cake tins or muffin tins with some coconut oil.
Gently heat the ghee or coconut oil in a pan. It does not have to be liquid, but it must be soft and malleable.
Combine all ingredients for the base, including ghee or coconut oil, in a bowl and mix well.
Put it in the fridge for half an hour to become more firm.
Divide the dough into equal pieces and divide it over the greased molds. Make sure to create raised edges.
Bake the pie bottom in 12-15 minutes until golden and cooked and let cool completely
Now combine the flesh of the avocados, 3 kiwis (without peel), coconut oil, almond paste, honey, lime juice and vanilla powder in a blender or food processor and grind until smooth.
Divide the kiwi mousse over the bottoms and put it them in the fridge for at least 2 hours to firm up.
Cut the remaining 2 kiwis into thin slices and use as a garnish for the tarts.
