Make noodles of the zucchini (zoodles) with a spiral cutter, cut the chicken fillet into cubes.

Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken cubes until golden brown and done.

Deglaze with lemon juice and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Divide the zoodles, spinach and olives over the bowls/plates and serve with the fried chicken.
