Preheat the oven to 345°F and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Mix the cashews with chufa flakes, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, coconut blossom sugar, cinnamon, and coconut oil in a bowl.
Divide this mixture over the baking sheet and roast for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Take care not to burn your muesli.
Serve the muesli with coconut yogurt and fruit.
