Clean the oranges well under the tap. Then put them in a pan with water and bring to the boil.
Cook the oranges in about 1 ½ hours.
Drain the oranges and let them cool for half an hour.
Preheat the oven to 345°F and grease a springform tin with some coconut oil.
Puree the oranges with coconut oil and eggs in a food processor or blender.
Add the remaining ingredients and belnd until smooth.
Pour the batter into the springform tin and bake the cake for 45-50 minutes.
Allow the cake to cool completely before serving.
Optionally, melt the chocolate au bain-marie and smear this on the cake.
