Preheat the oven to 345°F.
Grease a square baking tin of 8 x 8 inch or use a springform tin.
Melt the coconut oil and let it cool off again until it is lukewarm.
Mix the coconut oil, maple syrup, white almond butter, the egg and the lemon juice. Beat this briefly with a hand mixer.
Add the almond flour, sea salt and baking soda and stir quickly into an even mass.
Mix the raisins through the mixture and pour the mixture into the baking tin.
Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown.
