Combine chestnut flour, coconut flour, baking soda and vanilla in a mixing bowl and stir well.
Add eggs, coconut oil and honey and use a whisk to stir until smooth.
Add the blueberries in the last minute and divide the batter between the muffin tins.
Bake the muffins for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and done.
