Apple cider vinegar
Cut the onion into half rings, roughly cut the garlic cloves and cut the cauliflower into florets.
Heat the coconut oil in a pan and gently fry the onion and garlic.
Add the cauliflower and fry for 1-2 minutes while stirring.
Pour the coconut or almond milk into the pan and bring to the boil. Let it cook gently for 10 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and add apple cider vinegar, yeast flakes and salt and pepper. Puree into a smooth sauce using a (hand) blender.
Serve warm with a dish of your choice.
