Paleo Egg McMuffin

Have you ever had breakfast at the fast food chain with the big M? Then I am absolutely sure that they cannot match this Paleo Egg McMuffin. This is another nice breakfast. Even if you accidentally drank too much the night before, but also if you just like a hearty breakfast.

Beef burger

Avocado

1 piece

Red onion

Garlic

1 clove

Lime juice

Fresh coriander

2 Tbsp

Black pepper

Chop the red onion. Finely chop the garlic.

Heat the coconut oil in a large frying pan and fry the hamburgers around until brown and cooked. Bake two fried eggs in the same pan at the same time, if necessary use serving rings to fry the eggs nicely.

Mash the avocado with onion, garlic, lime, coriander and some salt and pepper. That's how you make guacamole.

Serve the burgers with a generous scoop of guacamole and place a fried egg on top.
