Melt the coconut oil and let it cool again to a viscous mass.
Mix in the maple syrup and the almond paste. Stir well until it is even.
Pour the mixture on a baking tray and sprinkle your filling of your choice over it.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 30 minutes until the Chocolate Nut Bark is hard enough to break into pieces.
Break into pieces and keep in the fridge (can be kept for at least a month, but trust me ... it won't make it 🙂
