Peel the celeriac and cut into cubes. Cut the broccoli into florets and the leek into rings.
Put the pork leg into the slow cooker and cover with water. Switch to the low setting and leave to cook for 7 hours.
Take the pork leg out of the stock and put it aside to cool down.
Add the vegetables to the stock, switch the slow cooker to the the low setting and leave to cook gently for 2 to 3 hours.
Using a hand blender puree the soup and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Take the meat off the pork bone, pull it apart using two forks and put back into the soup. Place the sliced smoked sausage pieces on top of the soup and heat them through.
