Make sure the salmon fillet is cooked.
Cut the carrot and celery into thin strips and finely chop the flesh of the avocado.
Place the seaweed sheets on a dry, clean cutting board and cut them in half so you have elongated pieces.
Smear the mashed avocado on ⅓ of each sheet.
Divide the strips of carrot and celery over the part of the seaweed sheets which is covered with avocado. Pull the cooked salmon into pieces and divide it over the vegetables.
If necessary, sprinkle with some coconut aminos.
Take the bottom corner of the sheet, on the side of the filling and from here start making a roll in the direction of the filling, diagonally upwards. Then continue rolling until you have a nice cone.
Secure the loose tip of the sheet with a little bit of avocado so your temaki sushi stays sealed together.
Repeat this with the other sheets, and enjoy your meal!
