Rinse the parsnip well and cut into cubes. The skin does not have to be removed.
Also cut the pear into cubes, remove the core.
Heat the coconut oil in a soup pan and gently fry the onion and garlic.
Add parsnip and pear and pour the stock over it. Bring to boil.
Stir sage and cinnamon into the soup and let it simmer for 6-7 minutes.
Puree the soup using a hand blender and season with some salt if necessary.
