Preheat the oven to 390°F and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Peel the sweet potato and dice it.
Peel and halve the garlic cloves.
Combine the cubes of sweet potato, celeriac and garlic on the baking sheet and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of liquid coconut oil. Toss and mix the vegetables, so everything has a layer of oil.
Bake the vegetables in approximately 25 minutes until tender and done.
In the meantime, start with the base: heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a frying pan.
Cut the onion and red cabbage into thin slices.
Fry the onion on a medium heat until translucent, add the minced meat and fry it, together with the curry, salt and pepper.
Add the red cabbage, mix everything well and put a lid on the pan. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes on low heat.
When cooked, put the vegetables in a bowl and add salt and pepper. Puree with an immersion until smooth.
Spoon the fresh chives into the puree.
Put the oven on the grill setting and scoop the minced meat mixture in a large baking dish. Divide the puree over this.
Put the oven dish under the grill for another 15 minutes, until the top is lightly colored.
