Preheat the oven to 390°F and line a baking sheet with baking paper.

Cut the broccoli into florets, peel the turnips and cut into cubes. Remove the bottom inch from the asparagus and then halve them.

Divide the vegetables on the baking sheet and drizzle with coconut oil.

Roast the vegetables in 15 to 20 minutes.

Sprinkle with salt and / or garlic powder if desired.
