Sauerkraut mash with smoked sausage

Sauerkraut

500 g

Smoked link sausage

Cut the onion into half rings, the cauliflower into florets and the sweet potato into cubes.

Heat the coconut oil in a large pan and fry the onion gently.

Add cauliflower, sweet potato and sauerkraut and pour in enough water so that the ingredients are partially covered. Place the smoked sausage on top in the pan.

Bring to the boil and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Remove the sausage from the pan and place it on a cutting board. Drain the vegetables and mash them with a puree masher.

Season with salt and pepper and garnish with smoked sausage.

Tip: Also add some fried bacon cubes to the stew, that is delicious!
