Creamy, bright pink and nice and fresh in taste. These smoothie balls are not only a super fast breakfast, but also a delicious snack. You can of course also make these with blueberries, blackberries, banana and even spinach.

Melt the santen au bain-marie.

Combine melted santen, raspberries, beetroot, lemon juice and vanilla powder in a blender and grind until smooth. The mixture is now nice and thick.

Place the coconut grater on a plate, form 10 large balls of the raspberry mixture and roll it through the coconut grater.

Place the smoothie buns on a plate and refrigerate for about 2 hours to firm up.
