Chicken thighs (in pieces)
Broccoli (in florets)
Carrot (in cubes)
Red curry paste
Heat the coconut oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the onion and garlic in it.
Add the chicken thigh fillet and fry it all brown.
Mix broccoli, carrot and curry paste in the dish and also add santen and water.
Stir well until the santen is completely dissolved and bring to a boil. Let it simmer for 5 minutes until everything is cooked through.
