Shrimps (peeled and washed)

Chop the red onion and finely chop the tomato and coriander. Press the garlic. Cut the mango into cubes.
First cook the shrimps. Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan and fry the shrimps with the spices until golden brown. Do not fry them too long, otherwise they will become tough.
Then make the guacamole by finely chopping its ingredients in a bowl.
Make the salad by mixing the grated carrot and mango with the olive oil.
Serve the salad with the guacamole and the shrimps.
