Chop the onion, finely chop the red peppers and garlic, cut the lamb into cubes and chop the ginger into large pieces. Squeeze the juice from the lime.

Mix all the ingredients together in the slow cooker.

Put the slow cooker on the low setting and let the dish simmer for 8 hours.

TIP: You can find curry leaves at a large supermarket, usually in dried form. Sometimes they also have it fresh, which is nicer.
