Chop the walnuts and hazelnuts.

Melt the coconut oil and mix the almond butter and the maple syrup through.

Add all other ingredients and mix well.

Fill a mini brownie tray with the mixture to bake mini snacks or pour it into a larger baking tin to cut into strips later.

Place the whole in the freezer for at least 2 hours or as needed until the cubes are frozen.

If you have used a baking tin, you can now cut strips of it, or remove the snacks from the brownie tray.

Keep the bars or snacks in the fridge or freezer.

You can eat these snacks directly from the fridge / freezer but you can also take them to work!
