Cut the meat into cubes.
Cut the onion in half rings, squeeze the garlic and cut the parsley.
Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan and fry the onions and garlic gently over medium heat.
Add turkey stew and balsamic vinegar and seal the pan with a lid. Let it simmer gently for 3 hours.
If necessary, season with some salt before serving and garnish with parsley.
Tip: You can also make this dish in a slow cooker, you do not have to fry the onions and garlic first. Let the food cook on the low setting for 6 hours or on the high setting for 3 hours.
