Chop the onion, slice the avocado and chop the parsley.

Heat the tomato paste to a smooth sauce, or use ready-made tomato sauce.

Then peel the celeriacs into long strings using a spiral cutter.

Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan and fry the onion in it.

Add the celeriac and tomato sauce and toss gently, fry for 5-8 minutes.

Serve with avocado, parsley and walnuts.
