Preheat the oven to 390°F.

Place the fish fillets in a baking dish.

Peel the garlic and grate the lime and squeeze it for the juice.

Make the crust by grinding the macadamia nuts in a food processor with the garlic, lime juice and zest, salt and olive oil. Pulse the basil through the mixture lastly.

Distribute the crust over the fish and press firmly.

Bake the fish in the oven for approximately 15-20 minutes (depending on the thickness of the fish fillets) until the crust is golden brown.

Serve with vegetables of your choice and enjoy your meal!
